• We advise on declaration of cessation of payments and receivership procedures, including development of continuation plans and searches for potential takeovers.

• We defend our clients’ interests if they are investigated for alleged failings that could leave them open to fines or personal sanctions (such as being prohibited from management, other losses of rights, etc.).

 We also specialize in developing bids for takeover of companies undergoing judicially supervised recovery plans:

• Assistance to potential takeover managers in defining their future roles
• Development, drafting and presentation of bids
• Defense of bids before competent jurisdictions
• Setup of bids

We are also able to assist companies and managers confronted with debtors in financial difficulty that benefit from legal procedures either of recovery or of liquidation.

In the latter cases, we can set up declarations of financial claims or initiate complete procedures for contesting such claims.

Upon a client’s request, we can obtain the client’s designation as controller in a collective procedure and manage such a mandate before the procedural authorities.
