Since the entry into force of the so-called Aillagon law of August 1, 2003, which bears on patronage and foundations and in particular institutes a significant fiscal incentive for business, the practice of business patronage  has displayed obvious development.

The development of corporate citizenship practices can also be attributed to companies’ will to fully recognize their societal responsibilities.

More and more businesses are choosing to act in the general interest (in culture, sports, society, science, environment, humanitarianism…) via their own corporate foundations.

Indeed, foundations generally make companies’ societal commitments more transparent and valorize them. Furthermore, they provide businesses with a secure judicial and optimal fiscal framework.

Our aid to business leaders as they implement patronage plans and run foundations succeeds for two main reasons:
