OUR RECRUITMENT POLICY
We make sure to recruit only associates who seem to us to have the qualities of future partners.

This principle is a sign of the trust we have in our associates and our promise to them.

We do not hire associates in order to meet fleeting needs, but rather with an eye to a durable and fruitful future.

We generally recruit first-year associates during the last trimester of the calendar year to join the firm in January or February of the following year after they have taken their oaths.

Candidates often contact us from the summer before receiving their Capa (Certificate of Aptitude) onwards.

We also participate actively in forums organized by schools and universities in order to make contact with potential associates.

We have two main goals in this area:


 

  • reinforcement of existing teams,
  • opportunities for development in new fields of expertise.

The majority of our current associates were hired based on such candidatures.

We welcome interns of all levels and of all educational backgrounds throughout the year.

Interns are integrated into the heart of our teams and have the chance to participate actively in the life of our firm.

Numerous current associates have been hired following internships at our firm.

The Commission of Lawyers and Jurists (Commission Avocats Juristes), composed of partners at each of our four offices, meets at least two times per month and reviews the selection and evaluation of candidates.

Selected candidates are immediately called for several interviews with partners of the firm.

Hiring decisions are confirmed by the Directorate, which also ensures that all candidates receive a rapid response.
