A specialist lawyer in the area of French and Chinese Business Law for 10 years, 6 of which were spent in Shanghai, Bruno Lefébure leads a team that is dedicated to providing ongoing assistance to French and European companies investing in China and Chinese companies investing in France.

He now leads a team that specialises in Franco-Chinese matters, including, inter alia, mergers and acquisitions, company law, tax law, trademark law, labour and employment law, distribution law and environmental law.

The dynamic development of Bignon Lebray & Associés in China and internationally has resulted in the opening of an office in Shanghai in collaboration with Grandfield Law Firm, Bignon Lebray & Assoiés Chinese Meritas partner.

Bruno also possesses solid skills in the practice of EU law. In this connection, he practised as a Lawyer for eleven years in Brussels, particularly in the areas of competition law and environmental law.

Admitted to both the Bar of Brussels and Paris, Brune Lefébure also has a solid knowledge of European law.  In this capacity he worked for eleven years in Brussels, notably in competition law and environmental law.  With regards to China, Bruno is an External Trade Advisor for France.
