Bignon Lebray legal counsel in regard to the financing of interests acquired by Abénex Capital in connection with an OBO that targeted Dupont Restoration group.

Bignon Lebray (Thomas Buffin and Alexandre Ghesquière) was the counsel of Credit Agricole Nord de France in regard to the financing of interests acquired by Abénex Capital in connection with an OBO that targeted Dupont Restauration group.
Further to this OBO, Abénex Capital now owns 33% of the capital of the catering company.
Bolstered by this new shareholder, Dupont Restauration, no. 6 on the French market, plans to expand its range of services in the future. The group expects a turnover of 135 million euros in 2010.
