Bignon Lebray, legal counsel of 7 C Holding in the acquisition of a ground-mounted solar power station

Bignon Lebray (Jerome Granotier and Sebastian Pinot) have advised the Belgian investors 7 C Holding in acquiring a ground-mounted solar power plant in Sainte-Maxime (83) from Colexon, a German developer.
Such acquisition represents the first major investment for 7 C Holding with regard to a photovoltaic power generation project in France.
