At the 10th conference of the Infraday held on October 7 and 8, 2011 in Berlin, Sébastien Pinot co-presented with the German law firm Waldeck Rechtsanwälte (Jan Liepe, Nina Malaviya) a session of the "Transport" workshop that reviewed the "Eurovignette" Directive.
The most specifically addressed issue was the internalization of external costs in truck tolls and sustainable development in the sector of road transport.
Infraday is an annual conference devoted to applied research in the area of infrastructure in which participate personalities from the academic and political spheres as well as companies involved in the sectors of infrastructure, water and energy.
The conference is organized by the Workgroup for Infrastructure Policy (WIP) from the University of Technology in Berlin (TU Berlin), the German Institute for Economic Research (DIW Berlin) and the Institute for Economic Policy Research (IWW) of the University of Karlsruhe.
