On Tuesday, September 20, 2011, as part of the "Law & Finance" meetings organized by two think tanks, "Lille Place Financière" and "Lille Place Juridique", Bertrand Debosque, partner, conducted a conference along with Jean-Paul Damestoy (Nord Transmission) and Henri Delezenne (Cabinet Dexco Audit et Conseil), on the followng issue: "Transfer of companies: what happens next?".
