On October 20, 2011, Antoine Benoit did a presentation entitled “What tools are available to anticipate, forestall and manage the termination of employment contract?" in a workshop of the HR Committee of Clubster Santé (health enterprises of the Nord-Pas de Calais region).
The following issues were addressed during the workshop:
- How to elaborate, upon signature, an employment contract so as to "secure" any events of termination (employee's resignation, dismissal, conventional breach...)
- What tools are designed to ensure optimum monitoring of the contract and prevent breach (standard job interviews, interviews of the second part of career, progress report, ...)
- How to deal with breach of contract after the termination request has been issued?
