BIGNON LEBRAY advised on the sale of Château Fonroque estate, a Saint-Emilion classified grand cru

BIGNON LEBRAY advised MOUEIX family, owner of Château Fonroque, a Saint-Emilion classified grand cru certified in organic farming and controlled in biodynamics, as regards the sale of this estate to a French investor (CHG Participations).

The transaction involved, on the one hand, the sale of all the shares of the operating company and, on the other hand, a transfer to the latter of all the vines and trademarks attached thereto.

In addition, a contract for the supply of services allows the purchaser to benefit from the experience and wine-making expertise of Mr. Alain MOUEIX for three years.
