Our job offers

We make sure to recruit only associates who seem to us to have the qualities of future partners. This principle is a sign of the trust we have in our associates and our promise to them. We do not hire associates in order to meet fleeting needs, but rather with an eye to a durable and fruitful future.

There is no typical profile, and all candidatures are examined with the greatest attention. We value particularly highly those candidates who, besides their competence, show a desire to build a future with us and share our values: dynamism, a taste for work, friendliness, team spirit, and solidarity.

We are particularly attentive to cultural diversity and team compatibility. Our associates may come from very different backgrounds but must meet the same demands of work quality.

For these reasons, we prefer to recruit jurists in training who hold master’s degrees and will eventually complete their education with a business degree, an L.L.M., or a degree from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques and who have, at a minimum, a mastery of English. We are also very attentive to the quality of candidates’ degrees (i.e. honors).
