Jacques Goyet’s main practice is in the field of mergers & acquisitions, company restructuring and corporate finance, in regard to listed and non-listed companies. He also advises private shareholders, investment companies and industrial corporations.
Jacques’s experience is highly regarded in matters relating to business transfers and corporate litigation (proceedings on behalf of minority shareholders, dissolution of companies, invalidation of shareholder or management decisions).
He has gained expertise in the areas of agribusiness (sales/acquisitions of vineyards), tourism and hospitality management, as well as the aircraft industry.
