Member of the Bars of Les Hauts de Seine (1998-2001) and Paris (2001)

Jérôme Granotier joined the Tax Department of Bignon Lebray in 2001. His particular field of practice includes advising in regard to the restructuring of companies (mergers, acquisitions, and liquidations), and taxation of group companies (tax consolidation, intra group transactions, cash repatriation).

He is also specialized in personal property taxation and advises senior management at national and international levels, in regard to asset structuring and tax planning. He also assists non-French residents in dealing with their real estate investments in France.

After lecturing for many years at the University of Evry Val d’Essonne in the areas of corporate tax law,
Jérôme has conducted various seminars in Paris and Lille on the issue of personal tax structuring and is an editor of a leading tax law publication.
