Xavier Lebray advises medium-sized and major firms, in litigious and non-litigious matters, more specifically in the fields of labour management, liability of management and company restructuring.
He has contributed for many years to develop relationships with the People’s Republic of China.
His main fields of expertise consist in assisting in contract negotiations, company acquisitions and restructuring.
Xavier Lebray started his career with White & Case in New York in 1976, before moving to their Parisian office. He later co-founded Bignon Lebray in 1986.
