As a lawyer specialized in the area of French and Chinese business law with ten years experience, six of which spent in Shanghai, Bruno Lefébure leads a team dedicated to supplying ongoing assistance to French and European companies investing in China and Chinese companies investing in France.
The Bignon Lebray Franco-Chinese team handles a wide variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, company law, tax law, trademark law, labor and employment law, distribution law and environmental law. Bruno is an External Trade Advisor for France.
The dynamic development of Bignon Lebray both in China and internationally has resulted in the opening of an office in Shanghai in collaboration with Grandfield Law Firm, Bignon Lebray’s Meritas partner in China.
Admitted to the Bars of Brussels and Paris, Bruno also possesses solid knowledge of European law. For eleven years, he practiced in Brussels, particularly in the areas of competition law and environmental law.
