Antoine Arminjon counsels medium-sized and large companies which he assists in litigious and non litigious matters, in particular in the fields of commercial law, distribution and corporate law.
His main fields of expertise are contract negotiation and drafting (representation, distribution, cooperation and subcontracting, partnerships and joint-ventures, industrial technology transfers) and related commercial litigation and arbitration.
Antoine also has specific experience in the drafting of shareholders agreements, business transfer contracts, share transfer contracts, and businesses in their negotiations.
Antoine started his career in 1984 when he joined the Parisian law firm Baudel, Salès, Vincent & Georges. After two years in the law firm of Mr. Soulier in Lyon (in the area of commercial litigation), he then joined Bignon Lebray in 1991 to open its office in Lyon.
