Paul-André Nivault advises French and foreign industrial groups, in the fields of corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, including litigation and arbitration.
He has also gained significant experience in the areas of joint-venture negotiations, and financing projects in China, Eastern Europe, Brazil, and African countries. He advises investors as a consultant, and assists his clients as a UNIDO and World Bank expert.
He started his career with Gide Loyrette Nouel in 1981, in the Riyad office (Saudi Arabia), from 1982 until 1985, and later joined the mergers and acquisitions department of Bignon Lebray.
