Thomas Buffin is specialized in corporate Law since 1992.
He advises and assists company managers in all aspects of their corporate development: tax optimization policies, company restructuring and sales of businesses.
He advises medium-sized and major companies, and defends their interests in litigious matters. He acts more specifically in the areas of the food industry, graphic arts, and audio-visual sector.
As a lawyer he has gained significant expertise as an experienced negotiator.
Thomas started his career in 1984 in the law firm Meyer Verva Dupont, then he founded his own law firm in 1989, before joining Bignon Lebray in 2002.
