Rémi de Gaulle represents and counsels businesses of all sizes from a variety of business sectors.
Rémi's long experience in procedural and negotiating techniques, as well as his strong knowledge of the local economy enables him to manage teams of lawyers with multiple expertise in litigious and non-litigious matters (transfers, mergers and acquisitions, contracts) or in arbitration (labor law, commercial law, construction law, criminal business law).
Rémi was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1978, before moving to Aix-en-Provence in 1979.
He joined Bignon Lebray in 1993 as a partner in charge of the opening of the office of Aix-en-Provence and developing the firm throughout South Eastern France.
