Bertrand Debosque has expertise in the fields of labour law, tax law, insolvency and restructuring. He advises small, medium-sized and major companies whether domestic or foreign, in litigious and non-litigious matters.

A graduate of French and US universities, he frequently works in English in those fields.

Bertrand started his career in 1983 when he joined Bignon Lebray in Paris as an associate. He then joined Caille Dhonte Lequai law firm in 1986 before returning to Bignon Lebray in 1990 to set up the Lille office and become partner.
