Florence Dedieu started her career in 1987 with Arthur Andersen International / Archibald, which became EY Law in 2003 (member of the Ernst & Young network) and in 1991, she participated as Manager in the creation and development of the firm’s Company Law Department as a Senior Manager.
She joined Bignon Lebray in 2004 as Senior associate and became partner in January 2007.
Florence specializes in corporate law and company restructuring (mergers and acquisitions, sales of businesses), including the coordination of the corporate housekeeping of major French and international groups.
