Gautier Chavanet, developed over 7 years of general banking and finance expertise as a lawyer at Clifford Chance (Paris and London), Linklaters (Paris) and in the legal department of the Corporate and Investment Bank of Société Générale.
He assists French and foreign clients in the private and public sectors, whether borrowers or financial institutions, with all types of financing structures and also advises them on regulatory issues.
He covers in particular the following matters :
