Since December 21, 2005, our law firm has been certified by the AFAQ (a French agency that specializes in quality certification) according to the International Organization for Standardization’s Norm 9001, version 2008.
Our principal objective is to provide our clients with legal services that are of irreproachable quality, customized to meet their specific needs and delivered within the shortest possible time frame. It is for this reason that we decided to adopt a quality-management process. Through our efforts to provide services marked by rigor, organization and consistency, we are committed to conveying lasting benefits to our clients whether they consult us for legal advice or in the context of litigation.
Moreover, we strive to harmonize our internal operations to encourage a certain fluidity that allows the firm to better facilitate case management and provide the best services possible. We are committed to the implementation and regular review of this policy, in order to continuously improve our organization and meet our clients' expectations.
