The team offers expertise in all fields of Public law and Environmental law, and advises as well in litigious and non-litigious matters.
It intervenes in areas involving town planning and development, pre-emptive rights and expropriation procedures, in sectors encompassing public-private partnerships, project financing, mergers and acquisitions and environmental audits. It has also acquired significant experience in all the aspects of public procurement.
The team assists real estate developers, manufacturers, industrialists, operators of the energy sector, government entities, local authorities, mixed economy companies, subsidized housing promoters, investors, banks or IT companies, in regard to all applicable rules and regulations, whether public or environmental, in connection with their activities or projects.
The team works in collaboration with the firm’s lawyers who are specialized in real estate law, corporate law, financing and tax law, but also with the relevant technical research departments specialized in the environment, so as to provide the most exhaustive expertise. Its presence in several French cities enables the firm to remain particularly close to local decision-makers.
