Our Employment Law team, which is composed of fifteen lawyers, is able to address numerous issues faced by companies and their top management concerning employment law and human resources management.

Our team of lawyers is committed to offering quality services, while providing valuable assistance and advice on a daily basis, in a constantly evolving field. We assist our clients in all of their negotiations and help them to avoid disputes.

We also bring support to our clients involved in litigation that can arise in the area of employment law, before all French jurisdictions. If necessary, we can also provide advice and assistance abroad, via the international Meritas network, which is composed of more than 170 independent, select law firms in more than 70 countries.

Our department organizes, on a regular basis, various events (seminars on specific topics, round-table speakers, conferences, etc.) with company management, HR managers and lawyers.
