Bignon Lebray advises Satys group (Ex-FINAERO) in the diversification of its surface treatment activities

Bignon Lebray advised Satys Group in an external growth transaction aimed at taking over Prodem company, a subsidiary of Bonnans, a Marseille-based group specializing in surface treatment for the aerospace industry.

Prodem employs approximately 150 people in Cornebarrieu (31).

This acquisition is part of Satys Group’s development strategy around four core businesses: paint and waterproofing, interior design (aircraft and trains), electrical systems and surface treatment.

Satys Group is a French industrial group present in a dozen countries which achieved in 2017 a consolidated turnover of approximately 172 M €, i.e. an increase of 28% compared to 2016.
