BIGNON LEBRAY advises Altima Group in its acquisition by Accenture

BIGNON LEBRAY advises the shareholders of Altima Group (e.g. its Founders and Capital Croissance), in regard to its acquisition by Accenture.

Founded in 1997, Altima is known for creating engaging customer experiences for digital commerce, mobile commerce and in-store commerce for prestigious French and global brands. Its offering for digital, mobile and in-store commerce includes experience strategy, user experience design, digital marketing services and the implementation of multichannel business platform.

Altima’s team currently encompasses 370 people performing in offices located in Roubaix, Paris, Lyon, Montreal, Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong and New York.

Accenture, an international consulting company since 1989, is based in Dublin and has subsidiaries around the world.

Altima is the seventeenth acquisition completed by Accenture Interactive since 2013. The acquisition of Altima, with a worldwide impact, will strengthen Accenture Interactive’s capabilities in the North American and Chinese markets.

“Altima and Accenture Interactive share the same culture of innovation and the same desire to rethink the business of tomorrow,” said Arnaud Monnier, CEO of Altima. “We are excited about this opportunity to join the largest digital network in the world. The global reach of Accenture Interactive would add a new dimension to the work we provide to our clients, and provide new career opportunities for our collaborators.”

“France has many prestigious companies,” says Christian Nibourel, president of Accenture in France and Benelux. “This is also a market where many international brands are seeking to gain ground. The acquisition of Altima would put Accenture Interactive in France in a very good position to help companies transform the digital experiences they offer their customers and extend their territory both locally and internationally.”

The shareholders of Altima Group were hence advised by Edouard WAELS, Neil ROBERTSON, Alexandre GHESQUIERE and Fanny ESNEE (BIGNON LEBRAY). Accenture Group was advised by Alain SAUTY DE CHALON and François-Xavier NAIME (BAKER MCKENZIE).
