Bignon Lebray advises Kuehne+Nagel on the transfer of 4 fresh product logistics sites to STG group

Bignon Lebray has assisted Kuehne+Nagel, one of the world leaders in transport and logistics, in negotiating and drafting the transfer deeds in respect of 4 fresh product logistics sites.

The transaction results in the transfer as of June 1, 2020 of four businesses located in four different French regions. These four logistics sites sold to STG group are mainly dedicated to warehousing and distribution of fresh products.

The integration of these logistic sites allows STG to expand its range of services by guaranteeing a complete service solution. This transaction also meets the objective of strengthening the position of STG Group as a major player in the national landscape of temperature-controlled transport and logistics of food products.

Founded in 1890 by August Kuehne and Friedrich Nagel in Bremen, Germany, Kuehne+Nagel is today one of the leading logistics providers with 1,400 locations in around 100 countries and more than 83,000 employees.
