BIGNON LEBRAY advises OpenIO in raising € 4.2 million in capital
Bignon Lebray has advised OpenIO, the open source storage solution provider as part of a round table that brought together Partech Ventures, Elaia Partners and Nord Capital Amorçage, the investment funds which raised 4.2 million euros.
Founded in June 2015 by Laurent Denel and Guillaume Delaporte, OpenIO creates storage platforms for massive object storage infrastructures. In particular, it proposes an innovative architecture for building an object storage infrastructure that allows for both easy deployment and high scalability.
With this new investment, the young company that is already present in Hem in the north of France, San Francisco and Tokyo, wants to develop its team of 20 employees by recruiting new employees, strengthen its presence on the EMEA market and expand its business in the United States and Japan.
