Bignon Lebray advises two start-ups La Revanche des Sites and Meet Your Data, acquired by Qwamplify group.

Alexandre Ghesquière, Partner, and Kevin Polyn, Lawyer, (Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Department) advised two start-ups La Revanche des Sites and Meet Your Data, in connection with their sale, respectively 100% and 87.65%, to Qwamplify, a European marketing group for digital & data services.

Both start-ups La Revanche des Sites and Meet Your Data are based at Euratechnologie in Lille.

La Revanche des Sites is a digital agency created 10 years ago which helps brands, e-commerce sites and distributors optimize their natural referencing by search engines. Meet Your Data is a web analytics consulting agency founded in 2014 that offers its expertise across the entire spectrum of data collection, audience measurement and conversion optimization.

The acquisition of both agencies by Qwamplify allows the group to acquire an SEO division provided by La Revanche des Sites alongside its existing agency Statum, as well as an Analytics division embodied by Meet Your Data.

The three founders and directors of the agency La Revanche des Sites, Sylvain Garin (marketing director), Sabri Heddadji (sales director) and Benoit Chapron (production director), thus become the new key managers of the Group.

They were moreover partners of Meet Your Data alongside Romain d’Halluin, who also becomes a key manager of Qwamplify group.

Qwamplify works with major brands, retailers and e-merchants to develop their sales. After the acquisition of the performance marketing agency Advertise Me in 2016, then Search agency (SEA) and Social Ads Advisers (SMA) in 2017, and the creations of Statum SEO agency, RTB Seekr agency and the digital agency 360° Scale Média, the Group completes its Media offer with two additional bricks in SEO and Analytics. These two acquisitions are financed by the company’s cash flow, recently strengthened by the sale of its stake in Bilendi in February 2020 for a gross amount of €10.3 million.
