Bignon Lebray announces the arrival of Serge Rastorgoueff as partner

Bignon Lebray is reinforcing its practice in banking, finance and capital markets law with the appointment of Serge Rastorgoueff as a partner (ongoing partnership process), as of March 14.

After working in leading Anglo-Saxon and American law firms, Serge Rastorgoueff has been advising financial institutions, sponsors, investment funds and medium and large companies for more than 10 years.

He has developed expertise in banking, finance and capital markets, specifically in corporate finance and private investment, acquisition, export credit and asset and project financing. Serge Rastorgoueff assists French and international banks, but also companies on the legal aspects related to the financing of complex debt instruments, forfaiting and off-balance sheet structuring and central treasury management. Serge Rastorgoueff is also involved on all matters related to share transfers and associated regulatory issues, as well as debt restructuring.

About Serge Rastorgoueff :

Serge RASTORGOUEFF holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the University Paris X Nanterre (2001), a Master’s Degree (DESS) in European and International Law from the University of Valenciennes (2002), a post-graduate degree (DEA) in Community Law from the University Aix-Marseille III (2003), and an LLM in Banking and Financial Law, from Boston University School of Law (2007).
