Bignon Lebray announces the arrival of Wilfried POLAERT as Partner (ongoing partnership process)
Bignon Lebray is reinforcing its employment law department with the appointment of Wilfried POLAERT as partner (ongoing partnership process), since October 15, 2018.
Previously a member of Cabinet Barthélémy, a law firm with a national reputation in employment law, where he became partner and headed the Hauts-de-France office, Wilfried has been advising SMEs and large groups for more than 20 years in employment, social security and welfare law issues.
His expertise was broadened in these areas with a focus on working time and occupational health. Wilfried POLAERT is also involved in all matters related to social audits and negotiations, including company agreements and restructuring.
Wilfried POLAERT thus advises clients both in contentious and non-contentious matters before all French labor courts. He has in particular been developing the recent practice of mediation in labor law matters. For many years, Wilfried has also been conducting training sessions especially for major corporations or franchises.

About Wilfried POLAERT:
Wilfried POLAERT holds a DEA in private law, with a degree in labor law, from the University of Lille II. He has practiced in the labor law laboratory of Pierre Yves VERKINDT, associate professor emeritus at the Sorbonne.
He holds specializations in labor law, social security law and welfare law.
For the second year in a row, Wilfried POLAERT was named by BEST LAWYERS magazine as one of the lawyers of the year in 2018 and in 2019 in the Employee Benefits Law category.
