Bignon Lebray assists NH Hotels on the French law aspects of its financing

NH Hotels is a hotel group with more than 400 hotels, representing more than 60,000 rooms in 22 countries in Europe, Latin America and Africa. The group currently occupies the third place in the European ranking of business hotels.

NH Hotels Group’s financing, concluded as part of the business support plan established by the Spanish government to mitigate the economic impact of COVID-19, was guaranteed by Spain’s Official Credit Institute (ICO). 225 million syndicated loan maturing in 2023 and is intended to enable NH Hotels Group to finance its operating needs in the current global economic context caused by the health crisis related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
