BIGNON LEBRAY has co-advised BI-SAM Technologies S.A., a leader in performance measurement and risk management, on its sale to FactSet (NYSE:FDS) (NASDAQ:FDS) for $205.2 million.

The software marketed by BISAM is used by many global asset managers to assess and improve their investment strategies and better serve their clients.
