BIGNON LEBRAY has advised Terre de Liens in obtaining a new AMF visa on a prospectus intended to allow the raising of capital

BIGNON LEBRAY has counselled Terre de Liens in obtaining a new AMF visa as regards a company prospectus for an Offer of Securities to the Public representing a raise of capital of € 6,999,912.

Terre de Liens, SCA, a limited partnership with variable capital, has launched an Offer of Securities to the Public in the amount of € 6,999,912 through the issuance of 67,632 shares, at the price of € 103.5, with a nominal value of € 100 and an issue premium of € 3.5. The objective is to finance the acquisition of land and buildings to facilitate the installation and maintenance of rural activities. Period of subscription: from 01/07/2017 to 31/12/2017. The various conditions and risk factors, in particular the risk of loss of tax benefits, the risk of loss of joint and several liability and the risk of total or partial loss of value of the Company are described in the prospectus covered by the AMF No. 17-310, dated June 29, 2017, which is available on the sites of the AMF and of the Company.
