Bignon Lebray law firm announces the arrival of Nicolas ANCEL as Of Counsel within the banking and financial law department

Bignon Lebray strengthens its banking and financial law division with the joining of Nicolas ANCEL as Of counsel.

A member of the Paris Bar since February 2001, Nicolas ANCEL has for more than 10 years developed his,expertise in banking and financial law, especially in the area of banking institution litigations – from the implementation of guarantees to the defense in liability actions involving all banking trades.

Nicolas ANCEL advises a clientele of French and international banks and companies on the legal aspects of their undertakings, from the execution or implementation of guarantees to the liability of credit institutions and providers in investment services. Over the years, he has acquired major expertise in regard to movable and immovable execution channels. Nicolas ANCEL moreover advises on all matters related to the civil liability of accounting and legal professionals.
