Bignon Lebray on the sale of Nactis Flavours to Nactarome
Bignon Lebray (Jacques Goyet, Partner and Louis Vallet, Lawyer in the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Department ) advised Mr. Hervé Lecesne, the majority shareholder of Nactis Flavours, a French and Belgian leader in the production and distribution of aromatic raw materials, food flavors and aromatic and functional ingredients for the food industry, in the sale of its stake to Nactarome S.p.A. an Italian company.
The transaction includes the sale of all shares of Nactis Flavours, the sale to Nactis Flavours of the land on the main operating site located in Bondoufle and the reinvestment of part of the sale price in the capital of Nactarome S.p.A.
The sale, which took place on December 20, 2019, is a new build-up transaction for the newly named Nactarome Group (formerly Ambienta ) after the acquisition of Aromata Group in 2018 and Ipam in 2019, allowing Nactarome Group to become the European leader in the field of food flavorings with a turnover of one hundred million and 4,000 customers.
