BIGNON LEBRAY’s development is gaining momentum with the arrival of seven associates

BIGNON LEBRAY’s growth is continuing with the recruitment of seven associates to strengthen several of the firm’s departments: Corporate Law – Mergers & Acquisitions, Public Law, PPP and Environment, Real Estate and Property Management, Intellectual Property & Technologies.

The Corporate Law / Mergers & Acquisitions department is consolidated in Paris with the arrival of two new associates, Florianne Dumay and Livia Shehi.

Florianne Dumay, 29, holds a Master II in “Chinese Business World”, a Master’s Degree in Business Law and two Bachelor’s Degrees in law and Chinese.
Florianne has a strong expertise in Chinese language and culture, confirmed by a year of academic exchange at the University of Xi’an, and an internship within Dacheng law offices. In addition Florianne is Deputy Secretary General of the Association Franco-Chinoise pour le Droit Economique. She has joined the Corporate Law Department – Mergers & Acquisitions and is involved in both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Livia Shehi, 28, holds a Master II in Business Law, a Master’s Degree in Corporate Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Paris V – René Descartes.
Prior to joining the firm, she held several internships in the Corporate law / Mergers & Acquisitions department of Bird & Bird and in the legal department – Mergers & Acquisitions / Private Equity of Bpifrance Investissement in Paris. Livia has joined the Corporate Law Department – Mergers and Acquisitions and is involved in both consulting and litigation.

The Department of Public Law, PPP and Environment is expanding with the arrivals of Manon Delafontaine in Paris and Arnaud Fourquet in Lille.

Manon Delafontaine, 29, holds a Master 1 and 2 in Public Business Law from the Université Jean Moulin Lyon III and a University Degree in Public Business Law. Before joining the « Ecole de formation professionnelle des barreaux de la Cour d’appel de Paris » and « Institut de Droit public des affaires », Manon practiced for nearly two years as a Contract Officer at the « Direction Régionale Rhône-Alpes Auvergne de Réseau Ferré de France ».

Arnaud Fourquet, 25, specializes in urban planning law and public economic law.

A lawyer at the Lille Bar since January 2017, Arnaud Fourquet holds a Master’s Degree in Public Law and a Master’s Degree in Public Law from Lille II University. As part of his curriculum, Arnaud held several internships, notably at the Administrative Court of Appeal of Douai, in the Senate, and in the direction of a public hospital.

Eric Benjamin, 36, and Marthe Besluau, 26, join the real estate and property management department, as associates respectively in the offices of Paris and Lille.

Member of Paris Bar since 2008, Éric holds a postgraduate degree (DEA) in general private law and a DESS in insurance law, both obtained at the University of Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne.

Before joining BIGNON LEBRAY, Éric practiced for more than four years within SCP Blatter Seynaeve & Associés, a firm specializing in commercial leases. Éric intervenes mainly on commercial leases or professional leases in both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Marthe has been a practicing lawyer since November 2015. Beforehand she pursued a double curriculum that enabled her to obtain a Master II in Business Law and a Master’s Degree in Management from Skema Business School in Lille. Before joining BIGNON LEBRAY, Marthe began her career within Vinchant – Lamoril law firm which is specialized in the defense and counseling of corporations. She performed internships in the law firms Axios Avocats, Doxa Avocats and Domaniewicz and Maquinghen in Lille.

Finally, Camille Ryckaert, 27, joined the Intellectual Property & Technologies department as an associate in Lille.

A lawyer since 2016, Camille holds a Master’s Degree in International Business Law from the University of Paris Descartes and an LLM in Intellectual Property from the University of Bournemouth. During her studies, she carried out internships in private practices and in companies, in the areas of trademark and audiovisual law.
