Sportsmanship and sporting values are profoundly embedded into Bignon Lebray’s mindset, as demonstrated by the numerous projects initiated by the firm. Thus, at the instigation of Alexandre Ghesquière, the firm has organised golf tournaments for its clients for the last 10 years in Lille, in partnership with Golf du Sart. Since last year, Neil Robertson has started inviting members of the Paris office to a cocktail party coupled with a golf initiation at the Golf de Maisons-Lafitte. Finally, following the partners’ invitation, the members of the firm regularly take part in races, defending the colours of Bignon Lebray.
As a member of the international Meritas network, Neil Robertson, head of Bignon Lebray’s Sports law department, co-chairs the Meritas Sports Law Group with Alexander Engelhard from the German firm in the network. The Group offers global coverage to clients in the sports sector. This international group was created in June 2023 to offer global coverage to all our clients in the sector.
