Our team provides practical, tailor-made solutions for a variety of operations: regulatory compliance in transporting people and goods (entry into the trade, legal characterisation of operations falling under the regulated sector), drawing-up and negotiation of contracts, amicable or judiciary settlements, etc.
The lawyers of our Transport, Infrastructure and Logistics Law department have gained their experience through working in enterprise, jurisdiction, risk management and insurance.
