India desk

Bignon Lebray is one of the only French business law firms established in India. Our representative office based in New Delhi allows our teams to stay close to our clients and their business.

As founding members of the India desk, Jean-Marie Tocchio and Amair Farooqui have been developing since 2013 a practice dedicated to heightening business relations between France and India, while advising entities that aspire to set up ventures between India and France.

Thanks to India-based bilingual experts, its trusted local correspondents and the continuous coordination of our teams in India and France, Bignon Lebray’s India desk anticipates and provides solutions adapted to the specific needs of economic and public actors involved in cross-border transactions.

The India desk is at the service of a wide range of companies: from small and medium-sized enterprises to large French and Indian multinationals, in the aeronautics, automotive, health, IT and energy sectors.
