Antoine Arminjon assists a clientele of medium and large companies, as both an advisor and a litigator. He is particularly involved in the fields of commercial law, distribution law and corporate law.

His main areas of expertise are the negotiation and drafting of contracts (representation, distribution, cooperation and subcontracting, partnerships and joint ventures, transfer of industrial technologies), consulting and litigation related to the modification and/or breach of contracts.

He is also involved in the drafting of shareholder agreements, contracts for the sale of business assets and/or shares, negotiation and assistance in setting up commercial companies.

Antoine began his career in 1984 at the Parisian firm Baudel, Salès, Vincent and Georges, then, after practising for two years with the Soulier law firm, he joined Bignon Lebray in 1991 to open the firm’s office in Lyon.

Antoine was referenced by Chambers Europe 2025, Legal 500 EMEA 2024 and Option Droit & Affaires in international arbitration in 2022.

Antoine was recongnised as a Best Lawyers 2025 in Corporate Law, Litigation and Mergers and Acquisitions Law.
