Emmanuelle joined the Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Law departments of Bignon Lebray in May 2023.

She is more specifically involved in restructuring operationsmergers and acquisitions, and private equity on behalf of French and foreign clients.

Before joining Bignon Lebray, Emmanuelle worked for over 3 years at a French law firm specializing in Business law.

Emmanuelle is fluent in English.
