Florence Dedieu began her career in 1987 at the law firm of Arthur Andersen International Archibald (which in 2003 became EY Law, part of the Ernst and Young network).
She joined Bignon Lebray’s Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions Department in 2004.
Her main areas of involvement are within corporate law and, more specifically, restructuring transactions (mergers, partial asset), and coordinating the legal monitoring of large French and international groups.
