Maxime joined Bignon Lebray in March 2023, joining the firm’s Litigation & Arbitration and Corporate Law departments.

His main area of practice is business litigation, and more specifically, handling disputes relating to companies in difficulty, both on the creditor’s side in anticipating such situations, and on the debtor’s side. Thanks to his experience with a firm of court-appointed receivers and a commercial court, he has a comprehensive overview of all possible restructuring strategies.

Alongside his litigation activities, he also advises on corporate and commercial law.
