Nicolas has been a partner in the firm since 2019 and is in charge of the Intellectual Property and Information Technology Department.
He advises his clients in all areas of intellectual property and new technologies, in particular on contracts related to innovation and R&D, especially in the health sector. He also manages large portfolios of trademarks, designs and domain names on their behalf, and assists them in their litigation, where necessary.
In 2019, Nicolas was ranked by the World Intellectual Property Review in the Trademarks and Patents sections, and maintained his ranking in the World Trademark Review, as well as in various categories of the Innovation, Technologies and Intellectual Property ranking of Décideurs magazine. He was named by his peers as one of the “Information Technology Lawyers of the Year 2020” (Best Lawyers – Les Echos)
Nicolas is a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of APRAM, a member of INTA and LES France (Licensing Executives Society).
Nicolas Moreau has been recognised as Best Lawyers in the Information Technology Law / Intellectual Property Law categories since 2020 and is a recommended lawyer since by the World Trade Mark Review.
