Paul joined Bignon Lebray’s Paris office in July 2016 as an associate in the Real Estate and Litigation & Arbitration departments.
He assists a clientele of French and foreign companies in the areas of construction law, complex real estate arrangements, commercial leases and in the context of real estate structuring, promotion and development transactions. In this regard, he is particularly involved in managing property disputes, as well as commercial litigation (breach or non-performance of contracts, disputes between partners, post-acquisition guarantees, etc.)
