Sébastien joined the Lille office of Bignon Lebray in September 2021 as an associate in the Corporate & M&A department.
He previously practised with the French law firm Lacourte Raquin Tatar in Paris and was involved in mergers and acquisitions, LBOs and partnerships involving industrial operators and investment funds.
