Having previously practised in at leading British and American firms, Serge has been advising financial institutions, sponsors, investment funds, non-financial companies and public authorities for more than 12 years.

He is involved in corporate financing and private placement (EMTN, Euro PP Schuldscheindarlehen), acquisition / LBOs, mezzanine unit-linked debt, assets, export credit, including through tax leasing, (infrastructure and renewable-energy projects), complex receivables, including those with deconsolidating effect, transfers of ownership and related regulatory issues, as well as debt restructuring, rescheduling agreements and prevention of corporate difficulties.

In 2024, Serge was referenced from IFLR 1000.

Serge is recognised as a Best Lawyers 2025 in Banking and Finance Law.
