Our team works with banks, funds, companies and public authorities by assisting with all of their transactions relating to corporate and public authority financing.

Banking & regulatory – We support our clients regarding banking and financial regulations, in particular concerning prudential matters, crowdfunding, “fintechs” and cryptocurrencies.

Financing – Our team is involved in different types of financing (assets, infrastructure, renewable energies, leveraged buyouts [LBOs]). We also advise our clients concerning debt consolidation loans, discounting of receivables and refinancing.

Capital markets – We are involved in the implementation and updating of Euro Medium Term Notes (EMTN), private investment operations, and issuance of “vanilla” options and structured products.

Our interdisciplinary approach also enables us to assist in:

  • choosing the structure regarding tax avoidance and deconsolidation objectives;
  • renegotiating loans or rental contracts, as part of amicable settlements of collective disputes or insolvency proceedings;
  • financing of public bodies and related issues, such as the compatibility with the rules of public procurements, public accounting, and government grants;
  • structuring of renewable energy and infrastructure financing.

On a global scale, we also take part in project financing and issuance of bonds in collaboration with the “China Desk” and the “Africa Desk”.
